Whether your coming to enjoy at our dine in location, or you’re adding a CharBox to your dining table at home, we ensure that you are receiving the utmost quality, variety, and freshness in all the products we serve.

How does CharBox work?

Do you love entertaining but don’t want all the fuss and clean up that goes along with it? CharBox is the answer! All take out orders are pre built, ready to serve charcuterie & cheese platters. Optional sommelier wine pairings are available that have been thoughtfully selected. All you need to do is unbox and enjoy!

How can I order?

All of our boxes are available online only. Visit our online shop here and select your preferred box. Large orders may require notice. All orders are paid in full upon ordering to ensure a simple and efficient pick up experience for you.

All orders from our online shop are for pick up only. For all delivery orders, please visit our preferred delivery partner, Uber Eats. Uber Eats orders only available within our designated delivery area.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders will be prepared for your designated pick up time and will be available for pick up at 4261 Highway 7 East in Unionville, ON. Please enter ‘Smash Kitchen & Bar’ and proceed to let the staff know your CharBox order name & number to receive your order.

How do I know it will be enough food?

Each box is labeled with a suggested serving group size. We carefully design our boxes to ensure that there is a variety of options and that the portions served will not only feed all of your guests, but offer something that everyone loves! If you’re ever unsure that your CharBox will not contain enough food, we do also offer a variety of side options to supplement and add on to your box.

What kind of meats and cheeses will come in my box?

Although our cheese selection does change depending on what is available, a few of our favourites include brie, parmigiano reggiano, aged cheddar, manchego, goats cheese, gouda, and stilton blue.

We are proud to work with local charcuterie suppliers who provide us with high quality dried sausages, prosciutto, bresaola, guanciale, speck, capicola, sopressata, & chorizo.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee which meats, cheeses, or other items will be in your box, however each box is provided with a link that outlines the contents of your order. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can be sure to accommodate.

How do the wine pairings work?

When purchasing any of our boxes, the option to add a sommelier selected wine pairing is available for an additional charge. All of our wine pairings are hand selected to carefully pair with all of the the meats, cheeses, and other items found within your box. All you need to do is select your preference of white, red, or sparkling wine and leave the rest up to us!

How do I pay for my order?

All of our orders that are processed through our online web store can be paid via PayPal and all major credit cards. Uber Eats orders require an account setup with payment options listed within.
